Yes. Since you hadn't yet picked it up as in handed over to you the order wasn't yet completly finalised. The goods hadn't even left the store. You should be able to just have the order cancelled and refunded.
I have a 7 year old Samsung TU8000 that is 100hz.
This TV is 50hz.
Not sure if I will notice a big difference in picture quality if i get this TV and if it is actually a downgrade?

How come the spec says motion rate 100hz. Some fakery going on?.
Motion rate is not the same as refresh rate. Most manufacturers advertise the motion rate as double the refresh rate. It essentially means nothing.
Depends what you watch/use it for.
50hz is fine for general/most use.

I think you may be too late. I added it to my cart on my phone. Then a couple of hours later I went to buy it on my computer and there was no add to cart button. Luckily I still had it in my cart on my phone and I could complete the purchase.

After you receive the tv, they process the tax invoice and gift card together. It took a day after tv was delivered.
