    How log can these go? Can these scalp?

    • Definitely can't scalp, cutting deck height is 25-90mm. Ego lists the run time of up to 50min with the 7.5Ah battery. It'll vary depending on how much the self propelled drive is used and other factors like slopes and grass height.

        Broden could scalp it.

        50mins of run time would surely be at no resistance. I have the 10Ah and get nowhere near that. I should note I'm not knocking the runtime, mowing is hard on batteries, Ego make great mowers, and I used to use mine all the time. Only reason I don't anymore is we moved to a bigger block and use a zero-turn

      They don't cut as close as my previous Honda mower. Wish it would go a bit lower.

      I can usually get all my mowing down, corner house, nature strips, front yard, back yard on one 7.5Ah battery if the grass isn't too long… I have a second 5Ah just in case…

      • You sure? Mine probably similar and looking for a good mower, our petrol one is getting tired after almost 10 years…

        • You sure?

          Sure about what ?

          • @jv: You sure can do all at your corner lot in one charge?

            • @[Deactivated]: Yes, unless you leave the grass too long… my block is 60ft x 150 ft

                @jv: That’s great, thanks.

                • @[Deactivated]: I got their blower and line trimmer so have an extra 5Ah battery for piece of mind.

              @[Deactivated]: 2nded on the corner block, 7.5 is totally adequate unless the grass is super long or wet, then the 5.0ah is backup.

  • Looks like it comes with a free data breach as well https://w.media/total-tools-leak-38000-customers-may-be-affe…

      That's a different business. Might explain Total Tools website "maintenance" yesterday.

      • Ah, I thought this was total tools.

    • Oh dam I bought a mower at total tools last week so I got the free beach. I saw this deal there too.

      I went with the greenpowrr for 699 with 4ah and strimmer but was tempted by this. The power is great, as good as petrol. But not as low cut.
