      • Damn the price

        1440p at 32" isn't great, you'd want 27" maximum for that resolution.

        • Ordinary user won't even notice the difference. Yeah it's not great but not bad either. Works fine for normal use and casual gaming.

Then your GPU has to drive 4K games. Which they handle a lot better now with upscale, but that isnt supported for a lot plus has fuzz issues many people dont want.
2K is still a sweet spot and most people cant see a pixel

      but want QHD

Gamers don't appreciate how much they're being manipulated by the gaming-industry…where's the-limit & much much EXTRA enjoyment from QHD vs FHD 🤔?

  • is this a good monitor… I only ever had a dell 2209WA…

  • The eBay listing and Australian HP store page have almost no specs listed, but you can find them here. It is still unclear to me if it supports Adaptive Sync/Freesync via HDMI

    • With Omen-brand & being a RECENT-release, may be FreeSync &/or G-SYNC compatibility is not-needed, ie NO-screen tearing?
      https://www.rtings.com/monitor/reviews/hp/omen-x-25f

      I've being gaming with 24"-Samsung-Odyssey-G32A (NO G-SYNC compatibility) & NVIDIA-3060-Ti & have NOT-experience any-screen-tearing, EVER.

      @ 150+ FPS & 24": short-list includes AOC 24G2SE/24G2SP, Samsung-Odyssey-G32A, Gigabyte G24F, LG UltraGear 24GS50F-B…must do YOUR-research

  • Would be interesting to see for new builds what percentage of people still go for 1080p, 1440p has been the sweet spot for 5+ years

  • I just got myself a 24 inch QHD 165hz, but had to ship it in from abroad as no local retailers carry it. At this size and resolution, it is close to 4k on a 27 inch in terms of image quality and sharpness. Very worth it.

      Try a side-by-side demo: FHD vs QHD @ 24" & see if there's a noticeable-difference ?

      • I have an office 24 inch FHD (provided for WFH) and my personal 24 inch QHD side by side and the difference is night and day! You can youtube this and there are some reviews on the difference in picture quality and sharpness.

What model is that? I’m always interested in QHD displays at around that size

You’re getting downvoted but a similar post in a previous deal stopped me from buying this monitor so thanks for speaking up.
