  So turns out the link goes by whatever region your account is, but appears to work for any inactive subscription at a reduced price.

  If someone wants to update post and/or post a separate deal, I believe ANYONE can access the deal with an inactive subscription, but pricing differs. IE it's only AU$2.50 for 60 days. Argentina it was only ARS76 but they no longer accept international cards for it.

    My Australian AMEX worked so I assume so.

    None of my Aussie cards works with Argentina or Malaysia.

    Edit: They're a Bendigo & Adelaide Bank brand so they'd use their BINs, very likely accepted as if you're with Bendigo / Adelaide.

    There's no filtering on country considering they accepted my Aussie AMEX

  I used Revolut to pay for this. Tidal has better quality music (high bit rate), but less collection music than Spotify, and menu and seach is quite horrible 😭

    Yeah I used an app to transfer across and a good ~20% were missing or misidentified. Such a let down.

  if you get a payment error, just disable your VPN on the payment page. It worked that way for me.
  You can also switch to the student plan in your profile. 1.28 USD / month.
  It's SheerID, so quite easy to bypass

    Yeah I think that’s how I did it, signed up with vpn enabled, disabled it, then went to the promo link. They’re strict about changing countries which works good if you’re stuck in a cheap country!

    One of my accounts is in Argentina though and they no longer accept other cards so be wary the party may end soon.
