Everyone seems to have it on sale again, Good Guys is $2495 but the cheapest I've found is $2450 at Appliance Central.
I know a lot of people in July managed to get this under $2000 so thought I would get some bargainers on the case and see if we can find it cheaper!
Is this a good tv? good value?
If you just want a really nice TV, there are better ones out there for the same price. This one is a specialized one that people use to showcase art when its idle.
It is also really thin and sits flush on the wall when wall mounted as they moved some components to a box that you can hide. For people who care about no gap or aesthetics it ranks really high too.
I believe their normal QLED range has the TV box thingy as well.
It's also a matte display, so it doesnt show reflections like lamps/lights/sunlight if those are issues for you - I bought this TV for that reason and it's been amazing to have on a wall in a sunroom

Mediocre TV, poor value. Looks hella flush mounted though, buy it if you want the TV to disappear in a room. Get a tcl mini led if you actually want a good picture for the same price
I have the 55" and agree if you are just putting it on a cabinet/bench/etc instead of having a specific wall mounted need, you are not getting value from the purchase.
The Samsung edu store deal a few months ago was insane.

I was 10 hours too late to snag the deal @puffinfresh mentioned…. $2,120.75 for the 75", which I thought was also the 2024 model.
Now they seem to have all gone up a lot in price.
For the 75":

Anyone know what's going on?
I find that if you got the right person at The Good Guys they're able to do a lot better.
