INKBIRD IAM-T1 CO2 Air Monitor $104.79 Delivered @ Inkbird via eBay

130
SZPETLOVE2024

After reading the review at https://breathesafeair.com/inkbird-iam-t1-review/ I thought the INKBIRD IAM-T1 sounded like a good value air quality monitor with many of the features as ARANET4 but much cheaper

This price with 20% off code is the lowest it's been so far in Australia AFAIK, just over a $100 delivered.

I ordered one and paid $0.99 extra to get delivery in 2 days time. Otherwise delivery is included in the price and would've taken about a week

A CO2 monitor is very useful. Be sure to open the window regularly; otherwise, you might be slowly suffocating without even noticing.

Good price for a good CO2 monitor, I've owned this one for almost a year. Uses the same NDIR sensor as the Aranet4.

Here's the review I read before I bought it:

Apparently it now can be integrated into Home Assistant as well, which is nice:

    • How does it differ from cheap $10 aliexpress ones?

        -$94.79

        • better sensor — the CO2 sensor has to be reliable and accurate, otherwise there's no point
        • smart home integration and logging
        • e-ink display

I'm not aware of any $10 CO2 monitors on the market, even building one yourself from open source plans will usually cost at least $100+.

They don't use NDIR sensors. Most use gas sensors meant for TVOC and estimate CO2 - so completely invalid and inaccurate.

  • I have 2 of them. The batteries go empty quickly, but I like the devices.

  • OOS.

  • They were around $74 last year in AU.
