    IPS equivalent of this display costs a minimum $320 on sale.

    i have two 32" MSI monitors and even at 170Hz the picture blurring/smearing is very noticeable to down right terrible. I personally would recommend something better.

      Are they VA or IPS panels? It's known that most VA panels experience black smearing with fast motion, and dark areas on screen.

  rtings review here, 7.9 for gaming is a solid score for price. Although their recommendation is the Gigabyte G27QC but that would need to be on sale as well.
