    • oh. One order is usually enough for most but apparently it was per order so hopefully gets sorted.

  • I placed a few orders last night, and some of them got canceled :-(.

    Have you experienced the same?"

just got a reply from Woolworth

"the orders were cancelled due to order velocity, which means you have placed same orders before and they suspects to be account take over. The verifications were unable to verify with the Common Wealth Bank. They suggest that you place an order using PayPal so that the orders will no more be cancelled."…. :-|

I placed about 15 orders. First order tracked for both the right cashback for 32% and 2% for westpac card. Al the rest are currently showing $0.00 so hoping they will change as advised

    • I made about 6 orders. First one done on first day at 1am, tracked 5% then corrected in morning. Made second order at 11pm and tracked correctly, total cashback from 2 orders were $360+… next 4 orders tracked at $0

    • The risk is on you IMO, going overboard with any of these things relating to cashbacks haha.

      • Yeah perhaps… that's the risk we take. Will just refund them if they don't track/payout.

  • @gotyourback Woolworths refunded part of my order reason, "out of stock". will my cashback still be valid ? Order is still over the $50 and under $1000

    • -1

I did each of my orders in a seperate transaction to avoid bs. I’ll try once and if they out of stock. I won’t be using them again

      • yeah good idea for next time. It should still go through according to the rules. but with shopback who knows…..

    • could you DM me @zerog101 and I'll give you the lowdown

      • done

      • Hey mate, what’s the rough eta for the tracking to go from $0.00 to the correct amount? Talking days? Weeks? Months?
        Thanks

        • I want to know too. Both of my Big W orders tracked at $0 and I didn’t violate any rule.

        • We’re your total claims more than $350?

          • @Repstar: Of course

            • -1

@Splashtash: Yes well it appears it was capped at $350 per account, not per transaction like we were told

              • @Repstar: Not true - my partner's account had 3 orders - total cashback $600+

                • @lilkid28: It is true as there is multiple people all having the same issue

                  • -1

@Repstar: Still not true about $350 cap per account.

My account got first 2 orders tracked, total cashback is $357.80. Next 4 orders tracked at $0.00.

There's an issue but it's not $350 cap per account.

                    • @lilkid28: Learn when your wrong mate.

Your next orders tracked @ $0 becase you hit the $350 cap lol. I'm in the exact same boat. Shopback are aware and reaching out to EM.

                      • @Repstar: My first order had a ~$100 cash back. The next orders tracked at $0. If there is a $350 cap, shouldn’t my next order track at $250?

                      • @Repstar: Bro,

My SB account had first 2 orders tracked, with combined $357.80 cashback. $357.80 > $350.

My partner's account had 3 orders tracked, combined cashback $600+.

All I'm saying that your statement of the cap being $350 per account isn't true.

You need to learn when you aren't correct too mate.

                        • +1

@lilkid28: Sigh, it’s like talking to a brick. Since you’re sure there is no $350 cap, I won’t include you in the fix with Shopback. Have a good day.

                          • @Repstar: Ok well, I'm just speaking based on my experience of 2 accounts having cashback tracked above $350 in total. I do have issues of 4 orders tracking at $0.00. Anyway, I've already DM'd gotyourback who said he'll pass on to the team to investigate.

                    • @lilkid28: Maybe just make one purchase like everyone else. The OP mentioned $350 cap I thought - people are always greedy on here and try to over do everything.

Just cancel or return the items that didn't track, don't need the stuff anyway 99% of the time.

        • +2

Really apologize for this but I'm not able to tell the exact ETA when will this be resolved @Splashtash but we have contacted the merchant (EM) and will try to get this fixed ASAP! It should not take months to get this resolved

          • @gotyourback: @gotyourback Cant wait any longer for this. 30 day return window approaching. Just returning the items - lost income for Shopback.

            • +1

@Repstar: Same - I've set a reminder to initiate return on the website before the 30 day mark.

            • @Repstar: Really sorry about this @repstar

              • @gotyourback: Any update on this? It's been almost 3 weeks so surely there has to be an update/decision by now?

                • -1

@lilkid28: Really for the wait - however the team has yet to received any updates from the merchant store about this

  • Anyone else’s orders still sitting at Pending when checking status on Everyday Market?

Placed Thurs night, hasn’t moved. Cashback not tracked either.

    • They stay pending until it’s delivered. If your cashback hasn’t tracked, return it or stick in a claim.

      • Thanks, good to know. Cheers for your help

      • I got an order confirmed email then 'your order is on the way' the next day. Should arrive Monday.
Perhaps some stuff isn't in stock or dispatched immediately.

        • That’s pretty quick. Has your cash back tracked yet?

          • @Democracy Manifest: Yeah pretty much straight away thank Christ.
Guess depends on the seller etc.

  • Getting concerned. Got your back stated they are looking into it but all mine have turned rejected -_-

    • Was it tracked at $0 before ?

      • Yes but got your back said they were looking into it with the merchant

        • Hmm. my $0 tracked ones are still showing as "tracked" … although I will be initiating a return next wee (before 30 days mark)

  • This will be the actually first time I’ve shopped with shopback since it opened not to get what was promised if it doesn’t get fixed……. Not sure what course of action to take shortly -_-

  • Update: Just as I intended to submit return before the 30 day deadline of 18 Oct 2024 - All my initially $0 transactions have now tracked at the correct amounts.
