They are giving good price for my iPhone 12 Mini $270.00. However, returns cost $15.
Anyone used this service?

Wouldn't it be easier to sell your phone on FB marketplace
And risk being robbed and/or stabbed? Risk someone using "false PayID"? No thanks.

Others typically suggest meeting in police stations, public places.

Won't release item until money in account/Cash Only would solve that

Yes, that is suggested. Doesn't always happen.

Yes, cash is always best.
Do you know how the screenshot was generated ? I still can’t figure out
No idea to be honest on how they were doing it.
@geekcohen: Scary then
Definitely compare with WeBuyBack and MobileMonster which will pay cash, not Amazon credit, and from a quick test payout significantly more for a couple of test devices.
Thanks will take a look
Generally speaking, I rate the ease of processing for buy back services, and while I've not tried this Amazon backed one, I've used both Mobile Monster and WeBuyBack in the past (based on whichever pays out more) when I couldn't be bothered dealing with all the junk that comes with selling privately. Mobile Monster will also price beat by 5% which can we worth doing if you see a better price elsewhere.
Wouldn't it be easier to sell your phone on FB marketplace for $300-500? Only time trade-ins seem worth it are when you get extra bonuses during the purchase (like from JB hifi or Samsung)
