Last time a burger came without the meat patty, left so many complaints and feedback forms with photo proof requesting them to contact me about it. never did. Had to get OFT involved. Absolutely wild, any other fast food would just give me credits or a partial refund and I'd be happy, but RR gives dead silence.

If you're buying two boxes and a side or something it's not bad but I'm pretty sure they haven't had a $25 minimum spend in the past.
