For the life of me, I can't seems to cancel my ebay plus membership. I followed the below instructions as per ebay, but there is no cancel membership.
Go to your eBay Plus membership page.
Select Edit membership.
Select Cancel membership.
Welcome to eBay plus support.

Have you tried a different browser or the app?
Maybe you've already cancelled your membership already, so it will just expire on the last day.
I bet business does this on purpose
eBay signed me up to Plus without my permission and sent me a bill for the membership because I didn't pay They refuse to acknowledge that there was an error in their system and every time I ask for evidence of me signing up, they end the phone call or other forms of method of contact, they ended up blocking my account, its only $49, but they can go (profanity) themselves trying to scam
If you tried to cancel before and PROMISED to renew by agreeing to the $30 voucher, they will disable the option to cancel the membership.
I just did it a couple hours ago on mobile after reading the plus deal. It's not intuitive to find and then presented a barrage of "are you sure" pages with shifting "continue" and "I change my mind" buttons. Absolute arsehole design.
