    Sounds like Temu cashback is a bit like the website itself 'Spin to win' and get 100% off!. Everyone's a winner… but there are so many hurdles and conditions to claim the 'free items'.

  for the last this this was offer it didnt work out of me. so i recemmend you guys avoid it so you dont get disappointed. if you are only buying becuase of the 70% then dont. use something else instead that like topback which was like 50% all users
  i order 3 times for the last offer
  - created 3 new accounts and had the 30% first order offer on all 3 accounts
  - all 3 didnt track
  - 2 were decline and i contact shopback and only got 18% instead of 70%. the 1 that works i also only got 18%

      The issue is i have never got the 70% for any of my purchases. I got the 30% first purchase therefore it should mean they all new. I did create the account on the same day as i purchase stuff from temu

        Did that before in apps browser register new got only 1 account as new.

          @a1234my: I did it on the computer since to get 30% off first purchase i need to use a new google account on chrome each time. As using the same brower account doesnt work therefore i need 3 new account for chrome

  Bah, why'd I buy something just a week ago that didn't track probably because of the code I used.

  70% plus the 30% is an insane stacking, don't think I've ever bought from Temu on shopback too

  Temu order via CR with 50% cashback and 30% off - didn't get the 30% off, went ahead anyway thinking 50% cashback is still nice. In the end didn't track, so ended up returning it for full refund.
  Not sure what their reasoning is for not honoring, now they had to ship items, get an angry customer and having to pay auspost for return shipping too.
  Waste of resources to not get an extra customer.

    I've used both sites to purchase from Temu as I tend to buy from Temu once or twice a month.

    My purchase from Shopback on 06/06/2024 became Confirmed and withdrawable on 04/09/2024, which matches the advertised 90 days on their site.

    Whereas my purchase from Topcashback on 11/06/2024 (i.e. 96 days ago) is still Pending status… So I'm still waiting for that tracking to change to Confirmed then Payable status. No idea how long Topcashback's Temu trackings take to become withdrawable as that information is not listed on their site.

    Topcashback does have a very good rep who is also very active on Ozbargain! Hopefully Topcashback's website will one day provide the information on how long it takes for trackings to become Confirmed/Payable as every vendor have different times.

    This is not true. They tracked my Temu transactions and displayed ETA for the cashback before. But suddenly they removed ETA and shows N/A. TCB is not credible.

  Shopback's a joke. I've had similar experiences where eventually they come back saying it's not me, it's you ( who might have cancelled the transaction) and hence not eligible. If you're with Shopback….S_itback..

  mine tracked but the sizing is way off on 2 of the items if I get a refund will that ruin the cashback for all the order or just those items?

  Shopback is big mistake if you are hoping for big cashback. Firstly didn't track, raised case then tracked at 18% for existing customer when it was new email account and new mobile and should have been 70% CB.
  I have been advised to wait until Dec. Considering I took plus membership only to see their 'priority' service, I am utterly disappointed :(
