I have the same issue. I booked a flight on 14 Sep when the cashback rate was 9% in the Shopback app.
I definitely checked first that it applied to flights.
But the Shopback rep told me that 9% only applied to hotels so I only got 25c …
Just wondering if anyone here happens to have a screenshot of that upsized cashback rate?
