The Anniversary Upgrade includes pre-existing and new Creation Club content like quests, dungeons, bosses, weapons, spells, and more. With Creations, there is a lot more to discover. You must own Skyrim Special Edition to access this content.

Personally I didn't want to buy it, but it appears to now be essential for most modlists ~Wabbajack

Fanatical has been around a very long time, I would suggest more reliable than GreenManGaming & HumbleBundle.

I just bought a copy myself, key available instantly and no problem activating on Australian Steam account.
This DLC price is cheaper than the Steam Store lowest of A$14.97. Goes without saying, you need Skyrim Special Edition on Steam to use this DLC upgrade.

  What is that really good mod that only works for the anniversary edition? I remember reading about it on ozbargain but cant find it. I think it was like a total overhaul/modernisation of the game.

    Maybe check out Wabbajack. They have lots of overhaul mods.
