Steps:
1. Start a Trade-in Order - Trade in any brand of smartphone to qualify for the additional Officeworks Gift Card associated with this Promotional Offer.
2. Purchase your Apple iPhone 16 Series model from Officeworks during the promotion period.
3. Submit the claim form during checkout for your Trade-In order, enter your Officeworks Order Number (or Receipt Number) to confirm your eligibility before Sunday 22nd September 2024.
4. Free device return - Send in your old device before Thursday 17th October, 2024.
5. Receive your additional Credit - They will issue you your additional Officeworks Gift Card by email on or before Thursday 31st October, 2024.

    I've chased them up a couple of times through email and have tried to call them, no one answers. Dodgy as!
    I traded in another phone last year and got the gift cards very quickly, so not sure what's going on this time.

        Yeah, even with the extra bonus this is hardly worth the delays, especially as wording was before or on 31/10, now their support says nope, it will only be issued 31/10.

  Circling back. Have got the initial device gift card and awaiting the promotion. As others have mentioned would not recommend this. Gift cards are also in 3 specific amounts in my case $5, $25, $200. Makes it hard to use as well.
