JBL Xtreme 4 is smaller than the Authentics 500 but runs on battery, can be charged with USB-C and is portable.

similar price at the moment at many other places (~$372) but I swear JBL has dropped the price on this recently. on release day it was $599 retail.
Xtreme 4 is a new model released recently with replaceable battery (extra ones can be purchased from JBL) to swap and keep playing without waiting to charge or replace the battery with a new one if it completely dies.
