Of the same form the Fifine AM8 is a good one for not much coin. Look on aliexpress. I have the Fifine k688 on a boom and it is excellent fort the price.
Good to note that Fifine is reliable. Planning to get the AM8. Hows the durability over the years?
i think it is great!

A review, not a durability thing. My (different model) goes great. My only complaint is the sound dampening if I hit the mic isn't the same as $400 mic. But it was $60.
Is the k688 better than the AM8?
I heard in a review they're same/similar internal, with a different form factor. I thought the AM8 with its built in stand wouldn't get close enough to my mouth, and I already had a boom- so went with the k688.
So I would say, based on research that if you want a desk sitting mic, AM8, if you want a boom, K688.
My kid has the version 1 and its been ok.. nothing amazing. Is this a good mic for streaming and recording videos?
