When Is The Good Time to Convert Points into Velocity Points

When is it the best time to convert your rewards points from credit card and/or Flybuys etc into Velocity points??

I remember they usually run a promo where you get extra 15% bonus Velocity point during certain period of the year.

  if you search back through deals you will probably see it occurring at similar times each year

    I had a look, putting in "velocity" for searches…but couldn't find what I was after…it shows Amex bonus..
    But I was after the more.general bonus like from all major bank cards and flybuys

  Usually May and November are when the broad transfer offers run, but smaller ones can pop up during the year as well.
