What Do You Find Cheaper on Catch.com.au? Any Day-to-Day Use Items?

I don't usually buy much from Catch.com.au and most of my day-to-day items are purchased from Coles/Woolworths/Aldi and more importantly, Amazon. However, I have some store credits with Catch.com.au which I need to use.

I don't need to buy any clothes/shoes/gadgets etc at this point. Are there any staple things that you would recommend buying from Catch where I wouldn't spend more (I have OnePass, hence free shipping) compared to the other places and can use them for day-to-day life so that I don't end up spending the amount on unnecessary items? e.g. If it was Amazon, I would simply buy toilet tissues, kitchen rolls, detergents, shampoos, pantry items, toilet cleaners/blocks, soft drinks, etc as they are usually on the same promo price as the supermarkets and some items have the standard low price all year round. I am not so familiar with Catch.com.au's pricing patterns for various items they sell. Thanks!

I find best practice is prob just to subscribe to the catch tag for deals. I spent a considerable amount of time everyday for a few weeks when I got one pass to see if anything worth… but the answer was no.

When talking everyday stuff (soap, toothpaste, chips etc) Amazon was always cheaper especially when stacked on a Cole’s worths price match then s and s.

    • That's my impression so far too! Sad news. :)

Sometimes stuff from Target is available online via catch but not on the Target website or in store only on the target website. I’ve only done kids clothes - got a bunch of $4 trackies that were good quality.

  • Nothing but occasional specials. I've only used Catch twice this year.

For everyday items, even when Catch is cheaper, there isn't enough of a price difference to choose them over a website with faster delivery.

  • I'd forgotten bout catch… last time I looked it was getting too big for its own good.
