    I've had Cash Rewards approve tracking then not pay out months later. 'Nothing we can do, sorry'.

    So this is my regular reminder as the only thing I can do in response- let people know not to rely on any payout, even those that tracked.

      They have gone downhill., i wouldnt trust them for anything these days.

      If they don't pay out would they be considered "spam"?
