Fantasy Market - Fun Stock Market Simulator for iOS and Android

Good day everyone.

I am a sole developer and trying to get insights and some feedback on my latest development.

The app is called Fantasy market.
After signing up, you receive $20000 virtual currency that you can use to buy stocks.
Stock prices are updated from real stock markets every 20 mins (as a proof of concept) and therefore will allow you to virtually buy and sell stock and try yourself as a trade agent.

You can also navigate from the app to the stock trends and do the decisions based on real data.

The other feature is ability to add your friends/rivals and see who can make more money by buying low and selling high.
Also, you can create/join the team and play team vs team.

The app is free and there is minimal amount of ads (just a bottom bar, non disruptive) to facilitate further development of the app.

Thank you for your time.

Here is the website where you can find links to the app stores: https://fantasy-market-web.web.app/

So it's basically a share tracker like sharesight
    dressed up as a game.

  • Is it a good thing or bad?

Will you call fantasy soccer or fantasy AFL a player tracker? If yes, then sure.

There a plan to have "discounts" every month/week or hot sale every now and then on certain stock.

I thought you said it was free ?

      • Yes it is free.

        "Discount".

For example, one week a virtual discount can be applied to a certain stock, AMZN * 5%.

But you still using virtual funds you get at the start.

          Why?

          • @jv: Sorry, can you be more specific? Why what?

            • @den1ska-and1:

Sorry, can you be more specific? Why what?

There were only four lines in your reply. Only one line makes any mention of a discount.

              • @Baysew: Yeah, but what do you mean by "Why?"
Why to do it? To gamify the experience.
