  I don't think so. My wife bought a dunlopillo high profile latex pillow from Costo (Melb) for $45. If you know someone from Costco, ask them to get it for you. If you want to go up a grade, they have memory foam pillows too from $55 (I forget the brand, but it's a named brand).
