  I wouldn't purchase something so expensive, big, and heavy from overseas, the logistics and potential cost of a return/warranty claim, it's just not worth the gamble with no local ACL protection…

  Buyer beware, unknown brand, "company address" is a house in Melbourne.

  Reddit shows the unit starts to fall apart with its inferior BMS over time.

  Cheap yes, quality not sure

  Guaranteed warranty will be a pain if not non existant.

  Paying in USD from AU "Warehouse" alarm bells when there is data for other warehouses but nothing mentioned for Australia

  Stick with a name brand like Bluetti etc imo

  Rep - ama but you're not even addressing the questions/issues raised here (and in your previous posts). Anyone who purchases from you should expect a similar non-existent after sales service.

    So many red flags. AU Warehouse is a house. AU Store URL goes no where. Rep is non responsive. Get a better brand if you're spending this much.
