I saw that you can now get cashback at Woolworths if you have an RACQ membership. Looks like 5% for new customers.
Doesn't look like there is an expiry date. These are the terms and conditions i could find.

Not valid when you use a gift card, better to buy the 4% off RACQ gift cards and use those after initial 5%
