I remember I was looking for these keys years ago when I used to play Borderlands3, there is a simple txt file you can edit to give yourself as many keys as you want.

  There are borderlands save editor that allowed you to edit your save files and you can get golden keys as many as you want

      search for BL 1/2/3 editor (online or desktop)
      upload your save file, then edit the number the key (and other thing you want to edit)
      then go to title screen and reload your save.
      
      remember to backup your save files before doing above.
