  • Purchased one few weeks back and it's been great. Does not required an NVR. Plugged straight into the POE and has playback provided a microSD in slotted into the camera.

    • Hi, is this recorded 24x7 ? thanks

  • Sold out?
The "Add to Cart" button shows "Find Similar" for both links

EDIT: No I think the links are dodgy. This works

EDIT2: the AU and OZ codes aren't working for me. Can only get the price on the PTZ cam to US$123.25

    • I'm getting $184.50 using the code

      • Which is probably the AUD conversion of my US$123.25

    • Yeah the links provided was a limited deal it doesn't seem to work now but you should get US$117.I used the coupon REOLINK1629 and OZCD12

      • Did you need to use a new account for those prices?
My existing account was unable to apply either the OZCD12 or AUCD12 codes

        • Existing account but maybe I applied them on another order but didn't use them and now they auto apply when I go checkout, so maybe try that

  • +1

Great device but I don't understand why Reolink tries to simply bullshit with regards to some of their specs.

"4k combined resolution". Okay, so is the telephoto 4k? No, no it is not. But they refuse to actually declare that anywhere in their marketing, even their spec sheet.

So the reality is, you've got one lense at 2.8mm, one at 8mm, so the Telephoto is just a 2.6x zoom. But here's the thing, if the wide angles 4k, and the tele's only 1080p (and also a smaller sensor, so worse in low light) then your "2.6x zoom" is functionally far less. So what's the bloody point? How do they get to their "6x hybrid zoom" claim, what the hell is "hybrid zoom"? 2.6x physical + 3.4x Digital zoom on the inferior of the two sensors? That's going to look like arse. Particularly at night.

You'd be better off putting the money into a single lense, but higher quality camera. That said just the PTZ feature at this point with a 4k main lense is a good deal. I'd almost be tempted to use that and completely forget about the second camera.

    • What single lense camera would you recommend?

Been looking to get a camera
