Congrats first. I think you've already done everything I could think of. Is there any reason you need to correct the address? If you have the post code and town/suburb correct, wouldn't it make it to you anyway? Otherwise, maybe sit tight for a reply. I know I recently won in a different purchase required comp and it said deliveries could take up to 28 days after the end date. Not sure what is in this comp.

Just hope it is me. The person I spoke to over the phone said it could be someone else with the same surname as me from there (ACT) that could have entered and won. (Don’t know or have any relatives from there).
You would think that a big company like this would have someone who could help with this enquiry.

Fingers crossed! My folks have had a similar issue. Name & State correct with an uncommon surname. But no email stating they've won in the 2 days post the draw stipulated in the T&Cs they've been able to locate? They tried calling and emailing to confirm but haven't heard anything back yet from what I understand. Hopefully it all gets ironed out soon for you and then!

I also received a winning email for week 3 - but on the winners list they have my last name but with a different initial. I guess I'll just wait and see if anything comes.

Can someone help me with this. I think I’m a winner of week 3 but they have my state as ACT and I’m from NSW. I have put the right address but I think I was in a hurry and didn’t change the state. I have emailed them and called them 4 times and was told I’ll get a call back.
In another forum week 2 winners are getting their prizes sent before week 1 winners.
Would anyone know what I can do? Do I just wait?
