      Depends what you need it for. 20k is also 2x the weight. I have this one and it's great in your pocket if you need to charge a phone (which it can do twice before needing to be recharged).

      That's not normal. I charged a device from OUT 1 (USB A) to USB C recently.

      I have found the same thing. Works fine if you charge from the USB C port but not the USB A.

        Just to clarify, you're both talking about charging a device using the power bank right? Not charging the power bank itself? If it makes any difference, I used the supplied USB A - USB C cable which came with the power bank and charged a USB C phone with it.
