Kmart Order "Unable to Collect from Sender"

I'm attempting to purchase this delivery only item from Kmart: "Childcare Convertible High Chair - Natural"

I purchased this on August 11 and Kmart marked the order as "Fully Shipped".

Looking at the Couriers Please tracking it says:

Unable to collect from sender
Reason: Parcel not ready for collection

Shipping information received from shipper

After numerous support chats with Kmart, where the support rep seems to think the item has shipped and the tracking information is not being updated… the item never arrived.

The support reps always say they need to open a case with Couriers Please and wait for it to be resolved before issuing any refund.

On August 29, Kmart finally decided to issue me a refund, claiming the item is lost in transit.

But I do want to buy this item, so placed another order yesterday.

And of course get the same dreaded tracking information now:

Unable to collect from sender
Reason: Parcel not ready for collection

Kmart has again marked the order as "Fully Shipped".

Does it look like I need to wait another 2+ weeks for a refund and will never get the order? What can I do?

I wonder if it is because I'm placing the order on Sunday? And come Monday, the order is never ready to ship?

    ive placed three orders so far with kmart since getting once pass and they all showed up initially as 'unable to collect' - but all were delivered.
    my 2nd order is actually still marked as 'shipping' or processing - even though its been well and truly delivered

  • I received a high chair on 4 September. In the morning the tracking was updated to “Out for delivery”
