Cheap "Landline" Mobile Phone Recommendations

Didn't realise realise the emergency home mobile wasn't 4G compatible.

Looking for:
- Recieving calls only (just using a $5 payg 365day)
- Cheap as, sub $100, preferably cheaper?
- OK battery life
- Unlocked preferrably

Bare basics. Any recommends? Are all the super cheapoes all locked to providers?

An old iPhone 8? Should be able to get one for ~$100.

Can use the "Calls on other devices" feature to receive the 'landline' calls on other Apple Devices if you are in the Apple ecosystem.
Set it up on a docking station that has a speaker and you've got charging and a speaker.

The Nokia 215 and the Alcatel 3080 appear to be identical.

The cheapest you get either is at Big W, for $39, but its probably locked to Optus. Or the same $39 at Woolworths, but its probably locked to Telstra. Or OfficeWorks where its Vodafone. Pick your preferred carrier.

The one locked to Optus SHOULD let you use a PAYG Amaysim plan. I say should because I thought a Telstra locked one would work with a PAYG ALDI SIM, and I was wrong.

I just purchased a refub iphone SE 2nd gen for $160 (after discount) from Green Gadgets on ebay for this exact reason.

Thanks guys, ended up thankfully being legitimately eligible for the amaysim discount code so was able to get a phone for sticks.
