Hi all
Noticed OzBargain didn't load for me a couple of times as the domain was unavailable. Is someone doing a DDoS attack again?

No, I was just replying to several posts.
So it was you!!!
As there is only one of you, I wonder what the first D stands for when jv causes the denial of service.
"Distributed"
Maybe jv uses spam bots to make spam posts while eating SPAM :P /s
According to:

Ozbargain is using Cloudflare DNS and Cloudflare CDN/Proxy.
But Ozbargain is NOT using Cloudflare SSL.
I think using Cloudflare is good enough if there is DDoS attack. There were some news that Cloudflare is able to handle extremely huge DDoS attack in the past.

From our bandwidth graph there was only a small 5-10% dip for 5 minutes. No, it wasn't a DDoS. From the logs I suspect there was some internal network routing issue that causes our webserver to have slow connection to one of the VMs running the backend, causing the requests to pile up.
Hmm, had the same experience. All good now.
