    Thanks I used code SWANS although it prefilled with a different code at first… hopefully it works, it doesn't say anywhere on the site to use SWANS.

    Can't use as I'm an existing customer already but I can vouch that this exchange is legit and really good. Their parent company/exchange is IR (Independent Reserve) which I've also used for a long time now.

    Swapped the pre-fille code during signup with SWANS, got the $20.

    Opted for the withdrawal method via bank account, that way I didn't have to pay $1.50 in fees (I don't need/care about instant withdrawal).

    Well, signed up ok, but only got $10…support ticket raised. However, the non-instant payout methods were free, and the money was in the bank in a few hours, so free money is free money, even if they don't honour the full $20 (def used the SWANS code).
