  I don’t know anything about these, how is this any better than the Aldi version that has TENS, EMS and massage modes, 4 leads, 6 pads and is $40?

    Not much difference, just branding I would say. The range is very similar on all of them. Not sure about the aldi one but I bough one from coles as part of their special buys for $40. It's rechargeable and USB C, this one requires 3xAAA battery. Also most of these are two channel and they have the same program on the channels just different intensity. There are 4 channel options in the market having 4 individual channels. I saw a review some saying they use the 4 channel ones with their partner etc. I am happy with a two channel myself.
    I like Beurer products. I have a TENS belt and battery lasts very long.

  Bought the Aldi one, have not used it yet though
