Is this a genuine Charmast ?

      Lol! Who's downvoting this?

        The manufacturer ?

Because it’s the same joke told 100 times?

    15W? Yeah nah.

      Why not?

  • This is an awful deal. 348g for a 10000mAh battery which should come in around 220g.

    • Why should it weight 220g?

        • +1

Remember when they were 250g just over 15 years ago?

@Clear: Yes, and they made them smaller due to "customer feedback…"

            • @jv: Shareholders are customers. I miss the old factory shop. A couple of dollars to fill a massive bag full of all the reject misshaped chocolate.

              • @Clear: I remember doing a tour of the factory when it was still open to the public. Free samples.

                • @jv: You could even make your own custom flavour block of chocolate around 2002.

                  • @Clear: Yes, I made a block of bitter chocolate.

                    • @jv: And it changed you forever

      • Just a ballpark. The Iniu one is 210g, a Nitecore NB10000 is just 150g

        • And looking at them all visually you can't see the differences between them and why this one would weigh more?

          • @Clear: Good point. Maybe the infographic is completely wrong.

E: That said some other comments mention it has a weighty feel, but not sure why you'd want that.

            • @ATangk: I'd consider it to be more of an older design when the the li polymer cells were longer/bulkier than the slimmer ones found in the newer power banks than INIU. Especially since it doesn't have fast charge.

  • Ok wasn’t trying to post an affiliate link. Just a better option for a dollar more. Smaller form and faster charge.

“VEEKTOMX Mini Power Bank 10000mAh, 22.5W USB C Compact Portable Charger [2024 Upgraded Version] with PD 3.0, QC, Fast Charge Phone Battery Pack, Small External Battery for iPhone/Samsung (Black)”

  • I got the black one of these circa https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/758916 and it has been quite good, charges devices very quick.

I wanted a coloured one, but previously it only listed the black one as 20W PD and the coloured ones were missing this feature. Browsing through older amazon reviews confirmed the black model had better specifications. Edit: Just checked and mine is Model W1056P and specified at USB-C 9V, 2A input 2.2A output

Looks like the listing is updated since and all colours look similar so unsure what you get now…
