            @mecusherb: we're not that into liquor, but we randomly found a liquor museum near nishiki market which was pretty cool. A lot of miniture versions as well which were good for us since we just wanted a little taste.

      The marketing is about as gimmicky as they come, but the juice is usually good quality. Though, normally overpriced.

      Judged from the BS answer - staff have cleared the shelves.

    Having problems with the website, ordered Lagavulin 2022 from a store, but it seems like you can order 1 at a time and keep doing orders so probably won't have stock. Also missed a store whilst deciding.

    I kept getting the error mentioning the promo code and now the bottles I wanted close to me are all sold out FFS. Definitely missing out on a drink I need.

    Yeah I very nearly OzBargained myself with this deal while waiting for my C&C confirmation. Stressful stuff! I'm not sure how they update stock levels online but I'm sure they'll have to cancel a lot of orders.

    I’m fortunate enough to be a few minutes walk to both a First Choice and a Dans, though I haven’t bought from the former in possibly years. Saw this deal, went to the site and provided my address, was told c&c would be cheaper than delivery (!) and then finally told that the store didn’t have stock of any of these whisky’s. Now I remember why I don’t walk in anymore!

    Hit the lottery at Vintage Cellars. Cardhu 16, Talisker 11, Lagavulin 12 2022. Went to pick them up and on the shelves they also had Lag 12 2021, Oban 12 2021, Talisker 8 2021 and Cardhu 14 2021. The 2021 bottles aren't on the website, but worth getting to a store to check it out!

      Nice! Also got a bottle of Cardhu 16 in the Paddington cabinet waiting for me to collect. Called up to ensure that it's there. Was told about the other Special Releases, but the real gold I think is the Cardhu 16 and Laga 12 (for those who enjoy peat).
