Gaming Style Chair for a Corporate Office

If looking ergohuman should i go the old elite plus v2 or the new ergohuman 2 elite?
Keen on knowing about this as well..
apart from their looks
Racing car beds for teenagers
Honestly I'm looking for a chair that offers the same comfort and padding as my gaming chair for use at work, instead of the 'ergonomic mesh modern wonderchair' that the place is full of. I've used an Aeron chair in a previous work life and that would be the dream, but I'd settle for something a lot cheaper but comfortable and robust.
Remeber the episode of The Simpsons where the kids got ergo chairs and they all suffered? Yeah, that's my office :)
I use this one at work and find it helps with productivity and less interruptions from coworkers.
If work would let me have that I'd probably be in the office 5 days a week :)
Does anyone know anyone that has one, or is this one of those internet dreams?
I will accept no answer other than the warhammer ultra marines secretlabs chair. You deserve it, op.
I was making decisions between Herman Miller Embody and Steelcase Guesture, but ended up find the Chinese brand Ergomax, tried their Evolution 2 Pro Max.
Cost me a total of roughly 1200 AUD including tax and 3months sea freight in total. (buying from China)
Best money ever spent on a chair.
I swap out my Secret lab straight away.Have a look at the top 3 Chinese brands, I feel they have better build quality and cheaper than most top tier EU and US brands
if you don't know where to look, give you 3 models to check:Mine: Ergomax Evolution 2 Pro Max (I bought the EVA colour way, right now this one on special, it was like almost 4000rmb, now 2939, I paid more than that)
also look
西昊 Doro S300 (3599 RMB ish, roughly 700-800AUD before shipping)
Ergonor Profit 2 (around 2700 RMB, 600 ish AUD depending on exchange rate)This one might do the job: https://www.coolermaster.com/en-au/products/orb-x/
Are you buying a gaming chair for it's long term comfort / adjustability or are you buying it for how it looks?. Many "gaming" chairs are just copying and pasting the same designs over and over again with little in the way of innovation.
There's nothing particularly 'gaming' about gaming chairs, apart from their looks. I'd do a bit of research and go and test out the budget IKEA MARKUS or the MATCHSPEL, a mid-range office chair like a Ergohuman or even consider looking on second hand places for high end used chairs like Herman Millers or Steelcase
