That's bad. Reach out to their CS if you haven't already- I had the same experience once and they gave me $15 credit. Though other times they pretty much said "tough luck" lol
@foxes28: Tried that, it was like talking to a 2 year old. Ended up getting them to delete my account.
@foxes28: I agree with you that mileage varies, I've been shafted by DD CS too. But with proof they have usually helped me out. Uber and now UE have been completely useless from a CS help point of view for me. Uber once left me stranded after waiting an hour the driver cancelled on me. But like you say, YMMV.
@Bdawg: Yeah their customer service is bog awful easily the worst I've come across. If you have any issues good luck.
I mean even getting a refund for an order not received is nigh on impossible.
Definitely recommend only paying via credit card so that you can lodge a charge back rather than having to deal with these clowns.

Edit: order immediately cancelled and default refund option is doordash credits (lol). I chose original payment method with a tiemframe of 3-5 business days (how convenient for them).
