Will 4TB NVMes and 2.5 SSD Go below $400 Anytime Soon?

I've finally started upgrading small things in my computer, but now i want to go and upgrade my storage. Looking to get 2x 4TB 990 PRO NVMEs and 2x 4TB 2.5 Samsung EVO ssds. A couple months ago, those 2.5 ssds were on sale for around 250 on amazon.

You guys rekon we will ever see sales like these on these NVME SSDS anytime soon (early september)? Cause right now amazon looks to be the cheapest but it still looks waay to overpriced.

Edit: anyone know how much these SSDs cost with the employee discount on the samsung store?
