VoIP Recommendation - Which Gives The Most Reliable Calls?

I am looking for the most reliable VoIP that serves as simply a mobile phone number.

I am currently using Dialpad for my business needs. That is simply a landline and a mobile phone number that I can use where-ever around the world. I dont imagine we'll grow to more than 10 any time in the future and it's really only for me at the moment. I travel a lot and I want to be able to use my number seamlessly and give my clients a local calling experience - or as close to it as possible.

Dialpad has a lot of cool features, but it can really suck in terms of call quality. Randomly, if I'm here in AUS or overseas, the caller may hear a dial tone sounding like theyre making an international call. I dont want this. Also, sometimes their call may fail and not reach me at all.

Does anyone have a recommendations based off real experience, as to what VoIP is the most reliable in regards to the above?

I use https://www.crazytel.com.au/ and their iPhone app. I find the quality is good but the volume can be lower than normal.
