Has anyone looked into dry aged fridge cabinets?
I'm interested in-house dry aging Wagyu Beef for personal consumption and having more control over the end product.
They average about $1k for the 52L fridges with some being as cheap as $400 for the mini devanti fridge on Amazon to commercial ones which cost much more.
What's the go to bang for buck dry age fridge for personal use?
I'm not interested in wet aging vacuum sealed wagyu in the refrigerator which would be the ozbargain method.
