Follow the steps to get a free copy of this Windows backup software. I had been using version 9 before hand, and even though the interface is dated, it works fine.

Also don't use the download in the link as it's for the Home version. When you enter your details they will send you an email with a link to the Pro version, you then install it and use the key provided to register it.

  Would not recommend at all.
  Veeam community edition has always been and always will be free.
  Creates bootable backups, can compress backups, does incremental backups over network, etc.
  Pretty much unbeatable

    Looking at Veeam,
    License key

      From what I see you can't have file versioning, which is something I use. Keeping multiple copies of files and being able to restore a particular dated file is handy. Maybe it has it and it calls it something different.

  the serial number license key does not work, tried with 2 different emails for the key

  UPDATE: ok SOLVED> Make sure to download the PRO VERSION, as there is a Home Version as well, which I had downloaded.
