Ceiling fan recommendations

Looking for recommendations of decent ceiling fan brands?

Our old ones used to click on higher speeds which made them useless in summer (fair; they were 20+ years old)

Replaced them with arlec ones from Bunnings and the light cover on all of them rattled at the preferred speed (vibration in the fan caused it, nothing would stop it).

Anyone got any tips on a brand of fans that just works well? Bonus if they have smart wifi connection options!

Not cheap, but you can get DC with wifi, for example:

    Buy one of each.
I found the oldest with the transformer the most quiet.
Nowadays the ones who pay rating providers the most make the most money with junk.

We’ve been happy with Lucci from beacon. Ours has LED lights so they last longer and flicking the switch at the wall on/off quickly moves brightness levels between three preset levels. They’re A/C fans which are cheaper.

Fanco DC fans. I've got two outside and two inside. The oldest is 6 years old now. Very quiet, 6 fan speeds, 8 light settings etc. Specs

Arlec is bottom of the barrel stuff. Made cheap to sell cheap.

Mercator, have been alright, but I threw these in and works with google. So you just say "Hey google set the lounge fan on to medium for 1 hr".

On my second round purchasing Ventair Spyda with no complaints whatsoever. This time we went DC and they're pretty much silent.

Any DC fan will do well, and it'll look nicer if you don't need a light on it.
I usually get my fans here www.onlyfans.com and you can search through dc and ac
