10 play has terribly low resolution. Tried to check if they have finally entered 2024 and have Chromecast on Android phone app and am greeted with the below when trying to play anything

Checked the app and the freeview app which is even worse.
Cant even search the shows on demand etc, just one massive list of random shows to scroll through.
Honestly I preferred the original film over this remaster. For a few segments, they replaced the original hand drawn lead with a 3D model. It really causes the art style to clash horribly.

Can't downvote free, but I strongly suggest the original over this version.

The remake of apple seed was ok but again I preferred the original.
Check out the anime series it's a bit closer to the comic than the movies which are fantastic but just a bit burdened by one or two big ideas. The comic is sick too the robots are amazing.

Atsuko Tanaka, the voice actress that played Motoko and many other iconic roles sadly passed away recently. She was only 61. Rest in peace.I don't know about other people, but I just finished watching, and I could hear a difference in her voice compared to earlier years.
Always reminds me of the King of my Castle music video. I think that music video was the reason I watched it in the first place.

Watched Innocence at the cinema. Wasn't a great fan of it 15 years ago when I watched it now it makes so much more sense that we are living in the AI/internet age. The philosophy was relevant commentary for today's times. The visuals also made more sense as well, it felt garish years back but now it's very fitting.
Masterpiece work will always be a masterpiece, even if it takes years later to realise.
Other Anime you may like that is a bit different but of high caliber. Patlabor 1 and 2.
