Blu-Ray player with 3D (and possibly streaming/Internet TV) near $100?

As the title says…strong preference for mainstream brand -Sony, LG, Phillips etc…any suggestions?

      Thanks pfpozbargain, for a helpful suggestion. Looks good. The In-Laws just got their first flatscreen TV (which has 3D) so I thought they would be interested in getting a blu-ray player.
      This model is also at HN for a similar price.

    I bought this a few weeks ago using the (now expired) $30 off with Amex card (so $90 delivered to Vic):

    No wifi built in but it does have lan and can take a dongle.
    Still good at $119 for a Samsung 3D
