Whats the general consensus on this? I'm in the market for a robot vacuum to supplement normal vacuuming in a large four bed plus one, tiles and carpet and the options are, uh, overwhelming and prices seem to vary massively.

    • ‘Adorably dumb’ is not a badge of pride: https://www.wired.com/review/eureka-e10/.

      • Im still running a Roborock S5 from 2020 and when reading what they say about the Eureka E10 its practically the same thing.

Sure newer vacuums are getting much better reviews but they are like double to triple the price.

    • I got this during the Prime Day event to replace my Roborock S6 Pure, it runs a little slower than the RR but can see that it does a noticeably better job. Possibly due to the age of the RR or the E10's higher suction power but the bagless auto empty dustbin is the feature i was after due to getting a Golden Retriever and daily emptying wasn't working for me any longer.

I was going to get the Ecovacs T30 before the E10 as I think the mopping function of it seems very good, but went the Eureka and aTineco S6 Stretch mop/vacuum way and still have plenty of savings compared to a T30. I think it is a better combination.

I don't use any of my robot vacuums to mop as it ruins the dust filter quicker.
