I don't really know what this game is all about, but I keep hearing about it and seeing it pushed heavily by PlayStation. Release date tomorrow.

    This game is gonna be dead within 6 months don't buy as you probably won't even be able to play it, if it doesn't actually die then would go F2P so just save your cash.

    This is a paid hero shooter launching into a segment filled with F2P competitors, plus they want to push MTX.

    I don't think they stand a chance.

    Seems like another Sony footgun to me.

      Haha funny how everyone is saying how the game will suck, fail, is DOA, has ugly character design, will go free to play before the end of the year… but when you point out the reason WHY, some people get butt-hurt and neg you down 🤣

      No, it's not because it's another PvP team based FPS. There will be plenty more of those coming in the future and some might be even good. Just like there will be many more 3rd person shooter, platformers, RPGs etc.

      The real reason, and anyone who bothered to look at Steam forums can clearly see, is that the gamers are fed up with diversity/inclusion/rainbow/fat is beautiful/I'm so feminine that I'm growing a bush in my armpits/I'm confused what gender I am BS being pushed down their throats/games. And the only reason the studios are doing that is so that one day that guy pissing in the urinal next to you, with pink hair wearing a dog collar and a dress, is accepted as "normal".

    I've heard about this game…. about how ugly the character designs are and how few people played it during its beta phase or something. Seems like it's widely accepted that this will bomb on release and it's not worth getting into.

    I'd rather see Concord being singleplayer / co-op game with story campaign. Cutscenes looked great. Wasted potential. Future PS Plus essential game likely. It'll end in a service too soon.

      If you like single player/co-op games with great cutscenes you should check out The First Descendent. Its a beautiful game similar to Warframe and it's F2P.

    Hard to know what's going on with the PS5 numbers but the steam current player count at the time I write this is 138 with a maximum of 395 today and an all time peak of 660 players.

    Well worth 8 years of development time! Feel sorry for those involved…. hard to omit a 8 year period of wasted time off your resume.
