I posted their last deal, two years ago:
https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/718076Price of the 3 item bundle has gone up 200% lol
I generally go for the top tier in every bundle I buy so unless they change their tiers to be like some of the ebook bundles I don't look at the lower tiers. The bundles overall are better value but you end up with lots of duplicates.
I haven't bought this bundle yet, but sometimes Humble only release one Steam key with your order so you can't gift the other games that you may already have in your library
@Laozer: Pretty sure this will come as separate keys. Bundles where it's just one key are pretty rare.
This is a great deal, might cop.
The remakes and RE7 Biohazard + Village have been absolutely amazing. The only remake I'm missing form my collection is #4 but waiting for that to go down sub $20.
Kind of strange there's 3 different versions of Residential Evil 4 on PC. Have you seen the YouTube clips of the RE4 cut content found in the original PC release? Leon had psychic powers it was wild.
I bought the Capcom bundle earlier in the month. Street Fighter V and Phoenix Wright codes have been out of stock since. Is this usual with Humble Bundle? Sucks I wasn't notified of it before purchasing.
I always buy bundles on the day of release or soon after so I've never really experienced it but apparently it has been bad in some regions. As the bundle is still going and closer to the end I'm guessing they are trying to gauge how many extra keys they need to request. I wouldn't expect you to have to wait weeks or months like some other bundles.
It definitely happens, but it's usually not too long before they restock the keys and you get an email saying you can redeem. It happens with bundles and Humble Choice from time to time.
Bargain, awesome games
I haven’t played any of these games. Is there a recommended order to play them or just start with 1?
The only drawback I could think of is some character is introduced in earlier series that will appear again in later series, but its not big deal I think, the only exception is RE1 and RE7 as below
from redditIt carries the advantage of seeing the storylines in a somewhat chronological order. Still, with two exceptions (RE0 assumes you already finished RE1, and Village is a sequel to RE7), all games assume they are your first ever RE game, so they try to be as self-contained as possible. There are some callbacks, but they are never relevant to the plotline. If they are, said callbacks are fleshed out in detail.
Capcom/HB seem to bring these collections back regularly. I'm going to hold off buying this (again) until I'm actually going to play them.
