      They claim that none of the 6 products I sent them links to are in stock, despite all of them being available to order for other addresses I’ve previously had orders sent to (metro VIC, regional VIC and metro QLD)

      They said they’ve recently stopped delivering to 5 island postcodes, but I’m still on mainland Australia with regular Australia Post service

        Yes, they told me that each warehouse has different kilometre limit set for each product. If that is true, there is no transparency on where an item is warehoused and what the limit is. There is no mention of this in prime policies. The agent fobbed me off and told me that the item I was ordering would soon be in stock from a warehouse with the kilometre range within my address but off course this has never happened.

        It looks to me that there is a deliberate watering down of prime limits for lower margin items but being done by stealth.

          @Punkboy: I had them refund my Prime membership as I was paying for a service they couldn’t offer - had to threaten legal action to get it, but it worked

            @linkindan: Yeah OK. I'm always surprised by what they would deliver to me (My fave being multiple crates of bundaberg ginger beer, which must be losing them money). But that's an extra level away I guess.
