  Call Telstra and they'll give it to you.

  You need to provide the IMEI number so they can generate the code. It can only be used for that device.

  You need to go into Telstra chat, tell them you've had the phone for 1 year they will give the code for free that's all I did. But you need to have a Telstra id to log into.

  3 days later got the email with the code which seems to be specific to your individual IMEI

  Now using Vodafone no issues even got 5G
