ShopBack - 3/4 Gift Cards Still "Pending" Hours Later

I purchased 4 Gift Cards from ShopBack app this morning at approx 10:30am. 1 of them came through instantly ($15). The other 3 cards are still pending, close to 2 hours later. In case it matters, the 3 pending gift cards are for $150ea. Any ideas?

Wouldn't normally be concerned- but have an expiring JB Deal at midnight that I need to use the cards on.

UPDATE: As of 4:56pm, I've had multiple interactions with support (through DM on OzBargain, and through email) and the issue has been rectified. Thanks SP :)

    however to assist you have two options

    1. contact shopback directly
    2. leave me with all ur details ( email, password, mothers maiden name, address, credit card details, cvc, picture of passport, licence, some dna) and i will get an consultant to help you out

      FWIW, I've already contacted ShopBack, but it's a "3-5 day wait" for most enquiries according to their bot.

  • The co-founder made a comment on a post on FB group ‘Shopback Super Savers Community’ via the SB FB page the other day because many people are pissed at how bad it has become. Get in there and comment back or try to message them that way if you have no luck elsewhere, I’d say. His name is Gus. There was also a reply in the same comments section from Shopback CS, comment on that, too.
    Unfortunately it’s a private group so I can’t send you a link but you’re in just search for the post by Sean Lancaster, if you decide to have a crack.

    • Thanks. DMing GYB got a reply, and they escalated the ticket sent through the chatbot. However, the response was "I'll raise a request and request our team to consult with the affiliate store about this specific Gift Card issue." I've asked for a refund.
